who's food tech?

assalamualaikum!

sekarang tengah study week sebenarnya. tapi rasa macam ada something yang perlu ditaip pulak tiba - tiba. 

 

I'm googling for "something"... and of course it is bout food tech... food science and everything related to it...

sebagai seorang pelajar food science and tech, yang mana we learn both. the science of food and the technology developed with it, saya sedikit terasa bila masih ramai yang berbicara tentang kekurangan course yang saya sedang ambil ni...

senang cerita, hanya mereka yang ada di dalam dunia ni saja akan faham what is the main role of food technologist and also food scientist...

we have no title macam students who do medical study or engineering but we do have both their knowledge... walaupun bukan semua yang mereka tahu kami tahu, tapi it is enough to say yang food tech and science bukanlah course yang akan duduk senang - lenang without do nothing

we learn the surface of medical study

to make sure we know how to manufacture and produce good food for people

 

we learn the surface of engineering study

to make sure we know 

how to handle equipments and how to relate it with food productions and the machine efficiency

how to manage waste and make it usable to the earth

 

we learn nutrition

to make sure

we know what healthy and what is not

which food is fit and which one is not

what we need and what should avoid

we learn halal scope

to produce food that are safe for consumption

not only for muslim peoples but also to everyone

we learn the law

the steps that we should know to produce, process and market the product

the ingredients and it amount

we learn the chemical and biological aspects

to choose the correct ingredients to make good foods

to fortified the food

the physicochemical

which will meet consumers request

 it is lots more actually

tapi cukup - cukuplah kot

for those yang tak tahu what is food tech and science

please don't ever try to act like "saya bijak pandai"

I'm not saying I'm good

but at least I know what the course is all about

rather than talking rubbish and make people misunderstand

ilmu dunia adalah tangga menemui ilmuNya

hanya mereka yang mahu tahu

akan kenal mengapa semua ilmu dunia itu ada

be thankful with everything you have
